a. Check-in Time

Starting from 2:00 PM (WITA). Arrivals can be made at any time after this.

b. Check-out Time

No later than 12:00 PM (WITA).

c. Early Check-in / Late Check-out

Requests can be submitted subject to room availability and will incur an additional fee.

d. Identification Upon Check-in

A valid form of official identification is mandatory upon check-in, such as:

• KTP for Indonesian Citizens
• Passport for Foreign Citizens

Identification is used for registration and security purposes.

e. Children Policy

• Children under 10 years old stay free using existing beds.
• Children 10 years and older are considered adults and subject to additional fees.

f. Extra Beds

Extra beds are available for selected room types only and subject to availability.
An additional fee of IDR 190,000 per night applies.
Advance booking is required.

g. Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Violations will incur a fine according to Retreat policy.

h. Pets

Pets are not allowed unless written permission is obtained from Retreat management.

i. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• Visa / Mastercard (3% administrative fee applies)

Note: Payments in foreign currency are not accepted.
