Information about terms of service
A. Check-in Time:
Starting from 2:00 PM (WITA). Arrivals can be made at any time after this.
B. Check-out Time:
No later than 12:00 PM (WITA).
C. Early Check-in / Late Check-out:
Requests can be submitted subject to room availability and will incur an additional fee.
D. Identification Upon Check-in:
A valid form of official identification is mandatory upon check-in, such as:
KTP for Indonesian Citizens
Passport for Foreign Citizens
E. Identification is used for registration and security purposes.
Children Policy:
Children aged 1 and under permitted to stay Free of charge
Children aged 2 to 11 will be subject to additional fee, on the condition that existing beds in the room are used (without additional beds).
Children aged 12 and over are considered adults and will be subject to an additional fee, including if an extra sofa bed or other additional bed is required.
F. Extra Beds:
Extra beds are available only for specific room types and are subject to availability. An additional fee of IDR 300,000 per night will be charged. Requests for extra Breakfast are subject to an additional charge of IDR 180,000 per person per night. Extra bed bookings must be made in advance to ensure availability.
G. Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. Violation of this rule will be subject to a fine as per Retreat policy.
H. Pets & Durian:
Pets are not allowed within the Retreat premises, unless written permission has been obtained from the Retreat management.
Any strong smelling food (Durian, Dried Salted Fish etc.) Violation of this rule will be subject to a fine as per Retreat policy.
I. Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via:
Cash in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
Credit/debit card with Visa or Mastercard logo (subject to a 3% administrative fee from the total transaction)
Note: Payments in foreign currency are not accepted.
J. Nyepi Day Policy:
During Nyepi Day (usually in March or April), all activities within and around the property will be suspended for 24 hours, starting from 6:00 AM (WITA).
During this period:
Check-in and check-out cannot be performed.
Occupants are expected to remain inside their rooms.
Outdoor lights will be reduced or turned off in accordance with local regulations.
This policy follows the traditional and religious rules in Bali and must be respected.
K. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations 14 days before the check-in date: a fee for 1 night will be charged.
Cancellations 7 days before the check-in date: a fee of 50% of the total room rate will be charged.
Cancellations 3 days before the check-in date: a fee of 100% of the total room rate will be charged.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before check-in or a no-show: a fee of 100% of the total booked nights will be charged.
L. Airport Transfer Service:
Airport transfer service is available for a fee of IDR 1,450,000 per car (one way) for a maximum of 4 people. Reservations for this service are recommended at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
M. Parking:
Free parking is available on the property for all occupants. Parking spaces are limited and their availability cannot be guaranteed upon arrival.
